Equipment Hire Terms & Conditions
All hired equipment must be handled with care and used professionally.
Clients are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to equipment during the rental period.
A valid national ID, passport, or official identification may be required before equipment release.
Full payment or agreed deposit must be made before collection or delivery of equipment.
Equipment must be returned on the agreed date and time. Late returns may attract additional charges.
Clients must inspect all equipment before collection and report any issues immediately.
3PIK Media reserves the right to deny equipment hire if terms are not met.
Equipment should not be sub-rented, transferred, or used for illegal activities.
Cancellation of bookings should be communicated early. Deposits may be non-refundable once preparation has begun.
Equipment released is assumed to be in good working condition unless otherwise reported before use.
Clients are advised to use equipment only for the intended production or event purposes.
Outdoor use during harsh weather conditions is at the client’s own risk unless otherwise agreed.
Any missing accessories including batteries, memory cards, chargers, cables, or stands will be charged accordingly.
Delivery and pickup services may attract additional transport charges depending on location.
Technical support may be provided where applicable during the rental period.
3PIK Media shall not be held liable for production losses, delays, or damages arising from misuse of equipment by the client.
Booking confirmation is only guaranteed after payment verification and approval.
By hiring equipment from 3PIK Media, the client agrees to comply with all terms and conditions stated above.
Media Crew Terms & Conditions
All crew bookings must be confirmed in advance through payment or agreed deposit.
Clients are expected to provide accurate event details including location, date, and reporting time.
Overtime charges may apply for events extending beyond the agreed working hours.
3PIK Media reserves the right to assign suitable crew members based on availability and project requirements.
Clients must provide a safe and professional working environment for all crew members.
Any form of harassment, discrimination, or unsafe conditions may lead to immediate termination of services without refund.
Raw footage, edited content, and final deliverables will only be released after full payment is completed unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation of crew bookings should be communicated early. Deposits may be non-refundable once preparation or scheduling has been completed.
Clients are responsible for securing permissions required at venues or filming locations.
Additional transport, accommodation, or meal charges may apply for distant locations or extended productions.
3PIK Media shall not be held responsible for delays caused by weather, technical issues beyond control, or restricted venue access.
The client agrees not to directly hire or engage 3PIK Media crew members privately during active project agreements without company approval.
Final delivery timelines may vary depending on project complexity and agreed production scope.
